GroundbreakHERs is a gender-inclusive initiative headed up by a group of women working in sales at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership). ⚽️ They host panels, workshops, and other fun events to demonstrate, discuss and celebrate gender diversity in the sport industry.

The co-founders of GroundbreakHERs currently working at MLSE include Danielle Henry, Brittney Pagniello, Nicole Finelli, Nicole Serfaty, Marlee Shinoff, Nicolette Serratore, Genadyne Charr, & Ainsley Northam.

Before tip-off of today’s Toronto Raptors home game against the Philadelphia 76ers, they celebrated their 1-year anniversary. In anticipation of their anniversary, we visited MLSE headquarters and chatted with some of their co-founders in front of our cameras.
