It is appropriate to ask what the organization normally provides once the offer is serious. Support varies widely by employer and level, and some organizations have no relocation budget for junior roles. Ask whether there is a relocation allowance, temporary accommodation, travel reimbursement, start-date flexibility or other assistance. Do not assume the answer will be yes, but factor the real moving cost into your decision. If there is no formal support, you can still discuss whether a signing amount or later start date is possible. The key is raising the issue professionally as part of evaluating the complete offer.
