Create a consistent evaluation process and show your work. A useful portfolio might include several player reports, the criteria you use by position, video references, comparisons over time and a short explanation of how you separate observation from projection. Avoid pretending you have access to information you do not have. The goal is not to prove you can predict every career; it is to demonstrate disciplined observation, clear writing and a repeatable framework. Coaching, video analysis and recruitment support can strengthen the portfolio because they expose you to the decisions that scouting information is meant to support.
