Should an early-career sports resume still be one page?

I have internships, volunteer work, campus leadership and part-time jobs, but fitting everything onto one page is getting difficult. For entry-level sports business roles, is a one-page resume still the better choice?

For most early-career candidates, one focused page is still a strong default because it forces you to prioritize the evidence that is most relevant to the role. You do not need to document every job you have ever held. Keep the experiences that show transferable skills, results, responsibility and connection to the position. A second page becomes more reasonable when you genuinely have enough relevant professional experience to justify it. The bigger issue is not the page count itself; it is whether a hiring manager can quickly understand what you have done, what you are good at and why that experience matters for this job.
