Keep a simple record throughout the year rather than trying to remember everything at review time. Track projects completed, events supported, revenue or cost results where relevant, process improvements, positive stakeholder feedback, new responsibilities and skills you developed. For collaborative work, describe your contribution without claiming the whole result. Compare your progress with the goals or job description you started with and identify what you want to own next. A good review is not only a list of accomplishments; it should help your manager understand your growth, the value you are adding and where you are ready for more responsibility.
