Reliability is the baseline: meet deadlines, communicate early when something is wrong and make it easy for people to trust your work. Then show curiosity about the business, improve after feedback and gradually take ownership rather than waiting for every instruction. Build relationships across the team without treating every conversation as a job pitch. Near the end of the internship, ask for feedback and let your manager know what kinds of roles interest you. A full-time opening may not exist immediately, but supervisors remember interns who reduced workload, learned quickly and handled responsibility well.
