Protect confidentiality first. Do not upload internal decks, customer data, unreleased campaigns or proprietary analysis just because it would make an impressive portfolio. Instead, create a sanitized case summary describing the objective, your role, the process and the public result, or rebuild a similar self-directed example using public information. You can also discuss confidential work verbally at a high level in an interview. Good judgment is itself a professional skill; an employer should not have to worry that you will publish their private material in your next portfolio.
