Play For a Stray was the long time vision and dream of Billy Goldstein. For the last 10-years, Billy (aka Coach Billy Bob), has owned and operated the Skyhawks Contra Costa Territory. With the help of his amazing team, Skyhawks quickly became one of the largest Youth Sports Organizations in area.
