Richmond Sports and Fitness is a family-owned and operated 36,000 ft² facility that is more than just a gym! Established in January 2014; we have something to offer for everyone including a co-ed main floor and a ladies only second floor! RSF is a judgment free zone; welcome to all ages and fitness levels! We strive to continuously bring in new and diverse equipment, so that no muscle group goes untrained!
