The Blowfish enter their 16th season in the Coastal Plain League and 7th in Lexington County. The team was founded in 2006 (and named after the greatest band from South Carolina- Hootie & the Blowfish). A two time CPL Organization of the Year and 2012 CPL Champion, Blowfish players are recruited from colleges and universities from across the state, region and nation including the USC Gamecocks, Clemson, Coastal Carolina, College of Charleston and more.
