Salary Range
The Coordinator, Strategy & Implementation will support Canada Artistic Swimming’s organizational transformation and strategic initiatives. Working with members of the national office team, the successful candidate will provide administrative, research, data collection, project coordination, performance tracking, stakeholder communications and reporting support across a variety of transformation activities.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of strategic and organizational projects.
- Support project tracking, timelines, deliverables and follow-up activities.
- Conduct research and gather information to support projects and organizational decision-making.
- Assist with collecting, organizing and maintaining project and performance data.
- Support the tracking of project progress and performance measures.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials and other project documentation.
- Support stakeholder communications and coordination with staff, partners and other organizations.
- Assist with documenting project updates, issues and follow-up actions.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support across transformation and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Currently studying business administration, project management, marketing, operations, analytics or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting research and summarizing information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
- Interest in project management, organizational strategy, innovation or business transformation.
- Willingness to learn and use new technology, including project management and AI-enabled tools, to support research, reporting and administrative efficiency.
- Interest or experience in sport or the not-for-profit sector welcome.
Placement Details
- Work arrangement: Remote
- Placement type: Honorarium
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Honorarium: $1,000.00 per month at 24 hours per week
