About the Role
- Officiate NFL Flag Football games for youth divisions, making accurate calls on flag pulls, downs, penalties, and scoring
- Work Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, officiating multiple games per shift
- League runs September 12th through November 8th. Dates and times may vary
- Keep games moving on schedule and ensure player safety at all times
- Clearly communicate calls and rulings to coaches, players, and parents
- Maintain a positive, encouraging tone suited to a youth sports environment
- Handle on-field disputes calmly and fairly
- Report any injuries or unsportsmanlike conduct to RJS program staff
- Prior football playing, coaching, or officiating experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors with kids of all ages
