About the Role
McMaster University is seeking a Women's Basketball Head Coach to lead its varsity program. The role reports to the Associate Athletic Director and is responsible for program leadership, team strategy, training, player development, recruitment, assistant-coach and support-staff management, budget and fundraising oversight, community engagement, camps and clinics, and maintaining a safe, high-performance environment. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in sports management, kinesiology, or a related field; recognized coaching certification; at least five years of relevant coaching experience; and experience in program administration, recruitment, development, fundraising, and public relations.
