
About the Role
The Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall leadership and direction of operations, manage responsibilities to funding and sport partners, represent SFC to members, government, stakeholders and partners, and support the Board of Directors in achieving SFC’s goals. Key responsibilities include strategy and planning, operations, governance, partner relations, high performance, sport and pathway development, safe sport, diversity and inclusion, marketing and events, people and team leadership, communications and community engagement. The role is flexible and based with SFC’s national office in Ottawa, Ontario.
