About the Role
Swimming Canada is seeking a Coach for its Paralympic High Performance Centre in Montreal. This full-time, 3.5-year-term role leads all CHP-Que activities and serves as the personal and main coach for Centre athletes. Responsibilities include aligning coaching delivery with high-performance standards and Swimming Canada guidelines; developing annual training, competition, and individual performance plans; leading a best-in-class daily training environment; collaborating with the Para National Integrated Support Team; supporting athlete progression toward podium performances at major Games; managing budgets and reporting; attending domestic and international events; identifying and developing athletes; and maintaining collaborative relationships with coaches, provinces, and internal and external groups. Required qualifications include experience coaching internationally classified para swimmers and NCCP 3 certification or equivalent, or near completion by the start date. The role is based at the Montreal Olympic Pool, 3200 Viau Street, Montreal, Quebec, with an expected start in September or October 2025.
