About the Role

West Niagara Soccer Club (WNSC) is a newly-formed amateur soccer club in Ontario’s Golden Horseshoe, created from a recent merger of Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club and Lincoln Soccer Club. With heightened capability and fueled by a player registration base of over 2,000 youth and adult players, WNSC aims to dominate the soccerscape in the West Niagara region from Hamilton through St Catharines for years to come.

To support our ambition, WNSC is seeking a dynamic, free-thinking and results-driven coach leader to spearhead our player and coach development activities into the future in the position of Technical Director.

If this is you, you’ll have the opportunity to design, shape and implement a next-gen’ technical program that will cement WNSC as a leading developer of soccer talent in Ontario and a provider of fun, compelling soccer experiences for all involved. We’ll be looking for a club-wide technical plan from you that binds your technical philosophy with your player development approach and coaching development strategy. We’ll ask you to lead and develop our coaching crew, many of whom are volunteers and lacking advanced qualifications, but have a passion for the gama and the players they coach that we will look to you to unlock.
