‘The Rookie Contract’ will entail an in-depth conversation with members of the Sports as a Job team (consisting of Kate Norum & Dakota Zientek) and the newest additions to the sports industry: rookies!
In sports, when rookies sign their “Rookie Contract”, it is typically for four years. With that, Kate and Dakota will be speaking to people that are on their rookie contract in sports to get the freshest advice for those trying to get into the sport industry, as well as learn more about their story within sports.
