A communications portfolio can include press releases, media advisories, briefing notes, Q&A documents, executive talking points, crisis-response scenarios, media lists, story pitches and examples of earned coverage you helped generate. Add context around each item so the reviewer knows the audience, objective and your role. If confidential work cannot be shared, create a sanitized or self-directed example rather than exposing internal information. Strong writing matters, but so does judgment: show that you can identify the right message, anticipate questions and adapt communication for media, fans, partners or internal stakeholders.
