- Improve the consistency and quality of member service across Canada.
- Support stronger alignment between NSO, PTSO and club programming within provincial and territorial sport systems.
- Reduce the administrative burden carried by PTSOs, allowing provincial resources to be redirected toward programming and athlete, coach, official and club development.
- Support Boxing Canada in leveraging federal, provincial, and other funding opportunities that promote stronger alignment between NSO, PTSO and club systems.

- Membership and Club Growth: Identify participation barriers, support club registrations, and drive local retention initiatives.
- National Portfolio Leadership: Take ownership of a key national organizational domain (e.g., Coach Development, Indigenous Programming, Hosting & Events, etc…).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in sport administration, non-profits, or membership-driven organizations.
- Outstanding relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote/flexible environment.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse groups, including staff, volunteers, and organizational leaders.
- Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 3 engagement trips per year).
- Assets: Background in boxing, familiarity with the Canadian Sport System, membership software experience, event management skills, or English/French bilingualism.
