District Manager - League Operations

Based at Brodie’s Toronto headquarters, this full-time role manages the health and performance of a multi-location adult recreational basketball district. Responsibilities include monitoring game-day execution, identifying operational gaps, conducting site visits, coaching League Managers and improving consistency across staffing, statistics, content and player experience. The manager is expected to build systems, take ownership of problems, support new or underperforming markets and travel when required, including extended multi-day visits. The position suits an entrepreneurial operator who can work independently, lead through ambiguity and maintain high standards across geographically distributed leagues. Compensation is listed at $70,000–$100,000 annually.
