Site Supervisor - Recreational Sports
About the Role
This hands-on supervisor role helps keep youth sports facilities safe, organized, and customer-ready during operating shifts. Responsibilities include welcoming families, athletes, coaches, and staff; addressing questions and concerns; monitoring attendance and rosters; ensuring programs start and finish on schedule; preparing spaces; coordinating staff coverage; communicating with coaches and instructors; and checking equipment, supplies, merchandise, and promotional materials. The position also supports customer-service standards and may promote programs or events. Community Sports Partners is seeking someone dependable, organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and capable of solving problems in a live sports environment. Previous sports or youth-coaching experience is helpful but not required.
