About the Role
Ontario Soccer is seeking a Partnership Activation Specialist Contractor to support the Manager of Marketing, Partnerships, and Events. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating partner activations and events, promoting events, providing pre- and post-event administration, managing event-day operations primarily on summer weekends, supporting internal and external stakeholder relationships, assisting with social media and website content, caring for promotional equipment, and overseeing inventory and supply orders. The contractor should be people-oriented, adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, build stakeholder relationships, work independently, and preferably have sport or soccer experience. Availability is required from June 1 through August 31, 2025, with possible work from May through September, including summer weekends; a driver's licence, personal transportation, and the ability to carry up to 50 pounds are required.
