
About the Role
Full-time position in Vaughan, Ontario, reporting to the Director, Facilities. The role manages facility reservations and new business relationships; financial tracking and reporting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and annual-audit support; reports, minutes and information; special events and Facilities initiatives; facility-program budgets; existing and new clients; field-booking coordination; alternative revenue programs such as advertising and partnerships; and patron and client rental information. Qualifications include comprehensive knowledge of soccer in Ontario; successful experience in administration, financial management and partnership development; post-secondary education in business, sport administration, recreation or a related field preferred; ability to work independently and with colleagues; flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; strong interpersonal, leadership, team-building, conflict-resolution, analytical, written and oral communication skills; Microsoft Office literacy; and at least three years of similar experience emphasizing business or sport administration.
