Manager, Ballpark Experience & Operations (18-Month Contract)

This contract manager supports the operational readiness and delivery of baseball games, concerts and special events at Rogers Centre. Duties include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating staff coverage, coaching coordinators and supervisors, managing attendance and uniform processes, maintaining administrative records, and supporting incident follow-up and service recovery. The role also identifies workflow improvements, researches venue practices and serves as an on-site escalation point during events. Candidates should bring three to five years of experience leading frontline or event-based teams, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with high-volume event operations. Evening, weekend and holiday work is expected.
