Senior Manager, Ballpark Experience & Operations
About the Role
The Senior Manager leads planning and execution for Toronto Blue Jays home games, concerts and Rogers Centre events. The position oversees fan services and the full part-time staff lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling support, engagement and performance management. It also guides game-day supervisors, service recovery, accessibility support, entry operations, budgets and process improvements. The successful candidate should have at least five years of experience in venue operations, sport or event operations, hospitality, customer service leadership or a related field. Postsecondary education in sport management, business, hospitality or event management is preferred. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.
