
Director, Physical Activity, Sport & Wellness
About the Role
This continuing full-time role leads the development, oversight and delivery of athletic, wellness and recreation programs for the University of Toronto Scarborough community and external users. Responsibilities include guiding the Athletics & Recreation team, collaborating with health and wellness partners, aligning initiatives with campus priorities, and supporting inclusive participation across sport, fitness, aquatics and recreation. The position requires sound judgment, strong organization, independent initiative and experience managing competing priorities. A university degree in business, sports management, kinesiology, recreation, health, leadership or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred. The role is currently eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
