The film starts with the Raptors being announced as the newest NBA expansion side. By 1998, we see Antawn Jamison selected by Toronto in the NBA draft. A trade would occur with the Golden State Warriors and Vince Carter was acquired. Joining his cousin Tracy McGrady, already at the Raptors, the two became a fierce duo in the league. This success leaves a positive mark in Toronto basketball from Carter. A mark that influenced young basketball players in the country.
