Green Street Hooligans's Relation To Sport Business
A part of football in the UK that many may not know about is hooliganism. In the past, it has been a major issue in the safety of the sport. Today, with stricter guidelines in fan behaviour, it's not as rampant as it was and for the most part, stays out of the stadium. But for the times it is, and the times' fans set up their own rival meetings to fight it out, it has its consequences. For the fans, a part would be injuries, bans, fines and arrests. And if the incident is bad enough, the teams they are associated with could also face fines and other consequences like early exits out of tournaments. Whatever the case, Green Street Hooligans highlights a dark part of sport that some either forget exists, pretend it doesn't happen or are simply completely unaware.
